POISE Posing Co. helps bikini, wellness, and fit model competitors refine their stage presence and bring confidence to their posing. WORK ONE-ON-ONE WITH COACH JESSICA THROUGH PERSONALIZED POSING SESSIONS DESIGNED TO REFINE EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR STAGE PRESENTATION.

Sessions are conducted virtually. Jessica is based in New Jersey and offers in-person posing sessions on a limited availability basis.

Please note: in addition to competing as an IFBB Bikini Pro and coaching through Poise Posing Co., Jessica serves full time in the active-duty military. Because of her service commitment, her coaching availability is limited — HOWEVER, JESSICA WILL BE transitioning out of the military and launching full-time coaching in 2028. (YAY!)
